Preparing for Your First Visit
We ask that you please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form.
Initial Examination
Your first visit to our clinic will include a review of your medical and dental history. Then, we will perform a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and take any required X-rays.
Dental Treatment Planning
Based on your medical history and the results of your examination, we will develop a treatment plan suited to your unique needs. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your oral health and treatment.

Insurance Claims
We offer direct billing for dental insurance, and we will do our best to help maximize any benefits you might have. Please note that we won't know the full details of your insurance plan until we have a chance to talk to you during your consultation or submit an estimate to your insurance provider.

Your bill must be paid in full, at the time of your appointment. At Smyth Dental Centre, we accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
